Where is my order?

You can find a personalised estimated delivery date in the shipping confirmation email sent to your email address. So if you're wondering where your order is, please allow up this date for your order to arrive.

A tracking link is provided in your shipping confirmation email and will become active within 24 hours.

You can also track your order in the "My Orders" section of your account, once the order has been shipped.

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we can’t make changes to your order after it's been finalised.

Once an order is placed, the delivery option, delivery address, payment method, and product sizes can't be changed. 

But you can cancel an order for a limited time after it's been placed; before it’s picked in the warehouse. If this option shows as available to you, we recommend simply cancelling the order and placing a new one.

How to return your order?

Step 1: Returns must be made within 28 days of receipt. To return your unwanted items, please mark on your delivery note which you would like to return using the reason codes provided.

Step 2: Return your items in the original packaging (if possible), with the tags still attached. We're unable to accept returns for any pierced jewellery, cosmetics, perfume where the cellophane packaging has been removed or any underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.

Step 3: Return your items to the address written below. Do not send back to our supplier. The cost of returns is payable by you and we wont reimburse this.

Return using a method of your choice to the below address. We will not reimburse the cost of this return.

When will I receive my refund?

It can take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed.

We will email and confirm, once your return is received and the refund is being processed.

Your original payment method will be refunded.  It may take 2-3 days to clear depending on your bank.

The refund could appear on your account around the time of purchase or the time of refund.

Please note:

If you selected express delivery the express shipping costs, it will not be refunded.
